GIRIDHARE EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE FOUNDATION is a registered Section–8 non-profit company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India. The organization is committed to bringing positive change in society by addressing unmet social, environmental, and humanitarian needs. Inspired by personal experiences, deep commitment, and a strong desire to serve the community, the foundation works to empower the underprivileged, promote social justice, and create long-term, sustainable impact through collective efforts and resources. The idea behind starting this NGO is rooted in the vision of uplifting marginalized groups, promoting equal opportunities, and reaching those who remain out of reach of mainstream development. The foundation identifies gaps such as lack of education, healthcare, awareness, and opportunities. It aims to fight injustices, raise awareness, represent the voiceless, and work for a better future driven by compassion, strategy, and sustainable progress.

The foundation is led by Raghavendra Hadora, M.Sc (Agri), Ph.D (Horticulture), who serves as the Director of Giridhare Educational & Social Welfare Foundation®. His personal experiences, academic background, and deep commitment to social welfare inspired him to build an organization dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities. His leadership revolves around compassion, strategic development, community-based planning, and sustainable initiatives that create real, measurable impact.

The major goal is reducing poverty in rural India and empowering underprivileged youth through education and healthcare. Key focus points: • Identify and prioritize issues such as education, nutrition, health, and livelihoods. • Ensure the vision and mission are aligned and periodically reviewed for relevance. • Clearly communicate goals to staff, volunteers, partners, and donors for better alignment. • Use mission statements strategically for branding, advocacy, and fundraising. • Regularly measure performance indicators, assess progress, and adapt strategies as required.
